What is Everclear alcohol?
Everclear alcohol is an extremely strong grain alcohol.  It is 190 proof, meaning it has a 95% alcohol content (other standard liquor, like vodka, are around 40%).  Everclear alcohol is illegal to sell in many states including New York and California (although legal to possess).
